A Yoga sequence.
For a challenge try the sequence below. This is where you transition into one pose after the other, for each pose, hold for 10-30 seconds and repeat the sequence 3-5 times.
Tip: When progressing through to the next pose be fluent and let it happen naturally, breath is essential where controlling your inhale and exhale through your nose will help you hold the pose for longer. If you finish in a sweat you've worked really hard! Well done!

Brain breaks!
Number your letters.
1. Use your index finger and write a large "A" in the air out in front of you and at the same time say out loud the number "1".
2. Now use your index finger and write a large "B" in the air out in front of you and at the same time say out loud the number "2".
3. Continue writing the letters in the air and saying the numbers out loud as far as you can go or until the end of the alphabet.
4. Extra challenge: Alternate saying the letter and then the number. OR get them to write the letters in the air with their weak hand!
Good luck!
Blink:
1. Blink your left eye and snap your right hand finger and thumb at the same time.
2. Now blink your right eye and snap your left hand finger and thumb at the same time.
3. Go back and forth as fast as you can.
Fingers:
1. On your right hand hold up just your 'pointer finger' and on your left hand your thumb.
2. Now swap finger/thumb to opposite hand, e.g pointer on left and thumb on right.
3. Go back and forth as quick as you can without anyone other fingers being stuck up.
